SECCAP should develop an online system to address student grievances. SECCAP and the Government of Sindh Education & Literacy Department have not provided contact numbers. Many students have concerns, and the manual complaint system does not suffice. SECCAP has provided an email address, but no student claimed to have received a reply from that email address. It is strongly recommended that students have at least one help desk to address grievances.

Students cannot change their faculty via a claim form. Please select your faculty carefully when filling out the placement form.
- A college cannot admit you if your merit exceeds your marks. This is why no form will be accepted.
- Students cannot change their preferred list of eight colleges/higher schools at this stage.
- The No Farm will accept a change in residential address.
- Applications can only be submitted to the designated claim centers. No form will be accepted at the head office or SECCAP.
- Forms can only be obtained from designated centers
- The photocopy will be rejected. Only original forms will be accepted.
- Attach the photocopy and receipt of the computerized form to the form.
